Alpha Cleaners

Water-based flux removal cleaner formulated for efficient removal of pre and post soldering flux residues from flux spray equipment, ovens, pallets, carriers, jigs, and printed circuit assemblies. This cleaner does not contain CFCs or chlorinated solvents. It has excellent cleaning efficacy even at ambient temperatures. It is non acidic and non-flammable.

Effective solvent developed to replace isopropanol (IPA) in manual and equipment cleaning applications. This cleaner can be applied concentrated by hand or by immersion. SC-7525 cleaner evaporates quickly and completely, no water rinse is required, thus, reduces process time.

A mixture of organic solvent designed especially for non-aqueous cleaning applications. Alpha SM-110 effectively removes many types of raw solder paste residues, uncured SMT adhesives, post-soldering flux residues, and other organic contaminants associated with PCB assembly. No water rinse is required.
